Elections & Rosters

It’s almost April which means election season for PTAs is in full swing. Please remember that elections must be held every year at an association meeting in the month specified in your bylaws. Also, officers may only serve two consecutive years in the same position. Finally, PTA does not officially recognize “co” positions so please make sure that you have only one elected officer per position.

Once your elections are over, please use the Google Form here https://forms.gle/MfHFznRAqiwVpkqDA to submit your Roster of Officers to us at District PTA. Alternatively, you can email your roster to leadership@24thpta.org. There are PDF roster forms available on our “Unit Resources” tab for your convenience.
**If you will not hold your elections before May, please let us know the reason and when your elections are scheduled ASAP.
